Privacy Policy

The following general terms and conditions apply to the use of SoSure A/S' (“SoSure”) websites (“SoSure Websites”).

1. 1. Collection of personal data
1. 1.1 As registered user of SoSure's Content Storage Services you submit data to us that is personally identifiable (“Personal Data”). Such Personal Data is e.g. your name, email address, home address, bank details and other types of personal identification data as well as content such as documents and personal pictures uploaded using the Content Storage that relate to a specific natural person.
2. 2. Use of Personal Data
1. 2.1 You decide in your sole discretion what information and content you want to submit to us via the SoSure Websites save that certain information e.g. your name, home ad-dress, email address, bank details etc. must be submitted in order to enable SoSure to provide the Content Storage Services to you. Personal Data are collected solely in or-der for SoSure to be able to provide the Content Storage Services set out in your end user license agreement to you.
2. 2.2 SoSure is entitled to use Personal Data for marketing purposes, including transmitting emails containing marketing material, to the extent permitted by law.
3. 2.3 You acknowledge and agree SoSure uses third party vendors in the process of provid-ing the Content Storage Services to you and that Personal Data may thus be trans-ferred to third countries including without limitation Canada and/or the United States of America and/or Germany in order to enable SoSure to provide the Content Storage Services to you.
3. 3. Protection of your Personal Data
1. 3.1 SoSure uses several security measures in order to protect the loss, misuse, or alter-ation of Personal Data under SoSure's control. SoSure is strongly committed to pro-tect the quality and integrity of your Personal Data.
4. 4. Access to your personal data
1. 4.1 You are entitled to gain access to the Personal Data we are processing regarding you. Further, you are entitled to object to the collection of Personal Data and following pro-cessing hereof. In addition, you are entitled to request that Personal Data be rectified. You do however acknowledge and agree that your objection to submit and/or let So-Sure process your Personal Data may result in SoSure not being able to provide the Content Storage Services to you.
5. 5. Cookies
1. 5.1 SoSure uses cookies on SoSure Websites. Cookies enable SoSure to provide you with a more enhanced experience by allowing SoSure to understand what areas of the SoSure Websites are of particular interest to our visitors. Cookies are small text-files which track and capture information such as time, date and type of browser etc.
6. 6. Links to other websites
1. 6.1 SoSure Website may provide links to third party websites. As we have no control over such third party websites, SoSure strongly encourages you to review the privacy poli-cies applicable to such third party websites. We are in no way obligated or hold any responsibility for content posted on third party websites.
7. 7. Alteration of personal data
